Every year on july 4th a jaripeo(a mexican stlye rodeo) takes place in El Leoncito to celebrate the founding of town.

I  took this picture from the bus in Monterrey as I traveled to San Luis Potosi. I came across this picture in the middle oft the city.  It was very striking the bus was moving I just hoped it wouldn't be so blurry.

This picture was taken in El Leoncito S.L.P. Mex. This is an arid region in central Mexico, but this beautiful plant is very popular in the homes of the local people.
